PSP had three GTAs (and the two 3D ones were truly console-quality, while the PSP Saints Row was a rough facsimile; this wasn't going to be 'real' Elder Scrolls either, it was a dungeon crawler/brawler RPG,) it had all of the EA Sports brands, some Final Fantasy games, two God of Wars, a few SOCOMs, a number of Metal Gears, Tekkens, Burnouts. Oblivion is on the PS3 and 360 don't forget. Actually i was wrong about one thing there is kinda a PC emulator for PSP have a look here, all this i have to say again is technical ilegal. Morrowind though would need much more RAM to work than a PSP has though.

Knowing he is destined to die by the hands of the assassins, Uriel Septim entrusts the player with the Amulet of Kings, worn by the Septim emperors of Tamriel, and orders the player to take it to a man named Jauffre, the grand master of the Blades, at Weynon Priory. Immediately afterward, one of the assassins kills the emperor. The player escapes the sewer and heads out into the open world of Cyrodiil.
